Context

I designed a catalog for a musical legend, Lizzo. Then, I picked a historic design movement that reflected her energy and style. The bright colors and large experimental patterns of Pop Art reflect Lizzo’s loud and unapologetic persona. I specifically chose Lizzo’s song Tempo to highlight because of its in-your-face energy and empowering lyrics. Tempo is also one of my favorite songs to listen to before taking on a challenge and I wanted to pay tribute to a song that has played a large part in my life.
