What is Sasha Bruce Youthwork?
Sasha Bruce Youthwork (SBY) envisions a future where homelessness is no longer a reality for DC’s youth.
By focusing on prevention and early intervention they aim to create a community where every young person has access to supportive families, safe housing, and quality education. They nurture resilience to help youth overcome challenges and reach their full potential making homelessness prevention the norm for future generations. By investing in youth and strengthening the systems that support them they can break the cycle of homelessness before it starts.
Project Goals
Increase Awareness: Emphasize the urgency of youth homelessness with impactful, attention-grabbing design.
Drive Fundraising: Showcase SBY’s impact through compelling visuals that inspire giving.
Strengthen Network: Position the event as a catalyst for change, designing spaces that foster connection and collaboration.
Inspire Hope and Action: Use design to spark optimism and motivate the community to act.
An Event Reimagined

Part 2: Seated Performance & Program
The evening transitions to a more structured program with a presentation of SBY’s accomplishments, entertainment, and special recognitions. Focusing on impact, this segment acknowledges support and celebrates the organization’s success in a donor-exclusive setting.
